I keep trying to lose weight...but it keeps finding me?!?! I called myself starting a fast today, but it's starting off really SLOW! Oh well...as someone once said: "Bigger snacks, mean bigger slacks!" I'll start again tomorrow...
Have you tried spacing your meals out throughout the day? a little here a little there and don't make your "main" meals too big, try googling 6 meals a day meal plans. Not only does it keep your metabolism up you always feel like your eating but you'll be wondering where all the food is going considering all the calories you'll be burning!
